Waste Disposal Units

Why fit one?
A food waste disposer is a must-have appliance for the modern kitchen.  A waste disposer doesn't just offer practical, contemporary convenience; saving the hassle of filling and emptying kitchen bins, it also provides an environmentally responsible answer to disposing of food waste.

How it works
Fitted easily and discreetly under the sink (see image below), a waste disposer effortlessly grinds food waste into tiny particles that are automatically flushed away down a standard kitchen drain into the local waste system.

Simply turn on the cold tap, put the food scraps into the sink and feed them into the flange that replaces the normal plughole.  Turn on the waste disposer, and at the flick of the switch food waste is ground down and flushed away, quickly and efficiently.

With its unobtrusive, compact design, a waste disposer is installed easily and can be fitted to most sinks.  Standard plumbing and a power source nearby is all that's required.
